
Lenalidomide (Revlimid), a medication used for the treatment of multiple myeloma (MM) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). For MM it is used after at least one other treatment and along with dexamethasone. Lenalidomide side effects generally are mild to moderate and may include diarrhea, itchiness, fever, joint pain, trouble sleeping, and headache.
Lenalidomide comes in order to be taken by mouth at about the same time every day. The dose of lenalidomide may need to be adjusted in individuals with kidney problems.
