    Regorafenib -Novel Treatment for Colon/Rectal Cancer

    Regorafenib is a kinase inhibitor used for the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) who have been already taken treatment with oxaliplatin and irinotecan-based chemo, an anti-VEGF therapy, and, an anti-EGFR therapy. The recommended regorafenib dose is 160 mg regorafenib (4 regorafenib 40 mg tablets) is taken orally once daily at the same time each day.

    It comes as tablets and should be taken exactly as your doctor instructs you. The regorafenib cost may vary depending on the brand and wholesaler/pharmacy you choose.
