Why is my Epson Printer not printing black and how to fix it?

    in Let's Talk Bonsai

A clogged printhead or low ink levels in the ink cartridge can result in issues like the printer not printing black Epson. Resolving the issue requires you to follow the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps:

    1. Turn off the printer and open the access door.

    2. Locate the printhead and then remove it from its position.

    3. Dip a clean cloth into a bowl of lukewarm water and remove the excess water from it.

    4. Use the wet cloth to clean the printhead. Fix the printhead back to the actual position.

    5. Now, remove the ink cartridge from its position and check for the required ink levels. If it is low or empty, replace the ink cartridge.
